As the Transaction Coordinator for the Sofia Chacon Group my goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service. I have over 13 years of customer service experience. As a past Public Safety Dispatcher my job was to assist people in crisis and a First Responder to the community when an emergency occurred. I perform at an optimum level and maintain a professional image at all times. I posses unique skills that I believe will make me an asset to the Sofia Chacon Group those being my commitment and dedication to helping people and ability to multi task in a high volume environment. I have a B.A in Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family I love to travel and learn about different cultures.
